Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

What your background should look like:

Responsiblities:
1.过程质量管控，保证产品质量的稳定;
2.过程及产品质量问题分析及解决；
3.首检及终检监控，不合格品管理及防错装置管理;
4.变更实施及管理监控；
5.COPQ的监控、分析及改善；
6.客户投诉处理；

Qulifications:
1.本科或以上学历，机械设计，自动化，电子工程等专业；
2.了解IATF16949/ISO9001质量管理体系；
3.熟悉 APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA, 8D, 5Why等质量工具；
4.熟悉VDA6.3、VDA6.5等审核工具；
5.工作积极认真，具有良好的人际沟通、协调、组织能力以及高度的团队精神；
6.具备3年及以上汽车行业加工或装配过程质量工程师工作经验。具...
