About The Role

Qlty Compl Engineer ensures that products and processes consistently meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control & Assurance
  • Manage nonconformances, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans, inspection criteria, and quality procedures.
  • Perform internal audits and support external audits (ISO, FDA, customer).
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, depending on the industry.
  • Problem Solving & Root‑Cause Analysis
  • Lead investigations using 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other structured tools.
  • Implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Analyze quality data using SPC, Minitab, or advanced Excel to identify trends...
