Salary: £65,00 - £70,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Quality professional with a passion for driving continuous improvement? Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality strategy, improve operational performance, and embed a culture of Lean manufacturing across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping manufacturing excellence while working closely with senior leadership, engineering, production and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
* Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, VSM, APQP, DMAIC, 8D, A3).
* Manage internal quality audits, non-conformance and corrective actions.
