Responsibilities:

• Manage process audits from aquality perspective to ensure the quality systems are being implementedconsistently and effectively.
  
• Implementing the basic qualityand continuous improvement framework for the processes based on Six Sigma
  
• Design, develop and implementquality framework covering all the services rendered
  
• Work within Key Customer Groupand the appropriate teams to drive the continuous improvement agenda inthe end to end process.
