Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Quality Assurance Tester** to join our team in **Montgomery, AL.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of software testing—including functional, regression, integration, security, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)—for CPM FoS software releases.
+ Perform system and application testing in strict compliance with the 45th Test Squadron Participating Test Organization (PTO) standards, policies, and guidelines (AFI 99-103 and AFMAN 63-144).
+ Collaborate with Requirements Managers to map and trace test plans to their original sources using a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), ensuring test descriptions accurately validate software requirements and user stories.
