Quality Protocol Adherence

Ensure all products manufactured during the assigned shift comply with approved product specifications and quality standards.

Conduct regular quality rounds on the production floor to monitor both physical and visual quality parameters.

Monitor and record production area and warehouse temperature and relative humidity (RH), reporting any deviations to the Quality Manager.

Coordinate with machine operators & Technicians to identify quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.

Maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and ensure all quality inspections are performed according to the defined inspection frequency.

Verify that the correct raw materials are issued to production machines and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any material-related quality issues.
