Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician is capable to support driving the leading indicators to meet the key Quality metric that is aligned to the quality performance objective of the supported manufacturing business segments, assembly, and sub-assembly business units for product and parts. Specifically, the position shall evaluate line issues, address costumer complaints and compliance to processes.

Executes the qualification test plan of parts and product to ensure its conformance and comparability to OEM. He/she performs the needed root cause identification through methodical failure analysis approach to eliminate quality excursion from incoming, in-process or external product non-conformities. This role executes both parts and product reliability test procedures.
