Title: Quality Assurance Technician
45 shift Differential
Days/Shifts: 2nd Shift
Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
Responsible for ensuring that all food quality processes align with the company's compliance with food safety standards.
Provide production support in all aspects of the Dole quality process.
Perform quality checks, including: Bag seal, Oxygen level, Proportions, Bag weight, Raw materials check, Masterpack check, Finished goods check.
Check equipment to ensure accuracy.
Complete food safety checks to meet all critical control points.
Receive and inspect raw materials (such as vegetables) to ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.
Previous experience in a food processing facility is required. Hands‑on ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented food processing environment is essential. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision. Flexibility is necessary to work any shift based on workload demands.
