Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Oversee and supervise for quality management system running as defined.
2. Quality management according to ISO quality management system. Coordinate each department of documents preparing and update in accordance with system requirements and operation practices.
3. Plan, initiate and lead internal and external audit according to QMS requirement. Follow up audit findings to ensure CA & PA done as well as root cause analysis for critical issues.
4. Site and internal feedback collection and follow up, ensure on time handling and initiate root cause analysis by coordinate with responsible departments for major quality feedbacks.
5. Build continuous improvement through sections by seeking and finding improve opportunities from quality system running, audit, internal & external feedback and quality cost analysis. 
6. Lead and develop quality lean project and digital & intelligent development.
