QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SHIPBUILDING)

Summary You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (SHIPBUILDING) in the ENGINEERING & ANALYSIS DIVISION, QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will provide proper disposition of nonconforming materials and products, assure disposition meets the requirements of quality standards. You will be inspecting, reviewing, and evaluating the procedures, documents, and materials. You will report to responsible parties all discrepancies discovered during the certification process. You will be making decisions under pressure and to converse authoritatively on the action taken.
