Job Description
We’re currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support an Atlantic Region public-sector client, through IT Shared Services (ITSS), in the delivery of a multi-year Enterprise Client Relationship Management (eCRM) transformation.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise CRM solutions built on an Angular front end, Azure back end, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM. The QA Analyst will work within an Agile-Iterative delivery framework, collaborating closely with developers, business stakeholders, and the eCRM leadership team to deliver high-quality software that meets public-sector standards.
LOCATION & WORK HOURS
Location: Remote, with occasional on-site work in the Atlantic Region as required
Work Hours: Aligned to Atlantic Standard Time (AST)
