Quality Assurance

To supervise the QA team in the inspection and repacking of imported finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervises Quality Inspection Team and will attend to team's concern on product quality. Daily checks on QA's logbook and its entries.
• Review and submits Inspection Report and Repacking Report to respective Departments.
• Forecast incoming products for Inspection in coordination with Sales Supervisor and forecast manpower to be relayed to HR if needed.
• In-charge of yearly monitoring of calibration of data loggers, thermohygrometer and other WH equipment.
• Review and file Batch Inspection & Repacking Record and ensure it is complete with correct entries.
• Must work with QA-AM for validation and improvement of QA Process as per DOH-WHO guidelines.
• Checks Warehouse Man in daily warehousing activities from receiving, storage and distribution.
