Job Description
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the food industry (Solid) HND Food Science ISO:2000 certified
Knowledge in HACCP rules, GMP
Interpret and draft quality assurance standards and procedure
Verification of documents, writing SOP’s, Policies and Plan
GMP, GHP audit
Auditing production activities and new product development and research
Lead the HACCP team
Devise sampling procedure and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products o ensure finished product quality.
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
