Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and food legislation requirements.
Lead food safety audits, HACCP reviews, supplier quality, and customer quality requirements.
Investigate quality issues, complaints, and non-conformances.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Manage QA/QC teams and support food safety training initiatives.
Maintain quality documentation and reporting requirements.
Requirements
BSc Degree in Food Science or related field.
Minimum 4 years experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience advantageous).
Experience managing Quality Management Systems and food safety programmes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
