About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager will work within the QA/QC department to optimize concrete mix design, raw material costs, implement and manage quality procedures and policies, oversee product development, and provide assistance to customers and sales representatives across the Greater Edmonton / Northern Alberta Area. The role meets divisional quality goals and leads a team of QA/QC technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, implement and standardize quality plans and processes for the region.
• Conduct QA audits and monitor adherence to the WCan Quality Control Manual.
