Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Assurance systems aligned with company quality policies
Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
Design and maintain SOPs, process flow charts, and quality documentation
Manage product trials with Production to ensure customer requirements are met
Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis with corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and food safety requirements
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
Oversee raw material quality assessment and approval
Drive KAIZEN and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct training on quality systems, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
ISO Certification (added advantage)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in manufacturing (plastics industry preferred)
