Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and developing the site Quality organization, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This position oversees quality systems, product and process quality, continuous improvement initiatives, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with proven experience managing large teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably within electronic assemblies (PCBA) and the automotive industry.
This role requires a high level of accountability, discipline, commitment, escalation management, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while driving quality performance across the organization.
