• Define and implement quality assurance frameworks, audit plans, Process controls across the O2 C cycle.
• Supervise and guide the O2 C quality team to ensure effective monitoring of transactions across billing, collections, dispute management and account set up
• Manage a team of quality analysts and oversee their development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX and regulatory requirements across the O2 C process.
