Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead and scale a global QA organization supporting mission-critical payment platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor distributed QA teams across multiple geographies
  • Define and drive QA strategy, processes, and quality frameworks
  • Own end-to-end testing including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Implement risk-based testing and quality metrics
  • Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Release teams


Required Experience

  • 2–16 years of software testing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Mandatory experience in the Payments domain
