Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC.
  • Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarks
  • Review and optimize test cases to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency
  • Hands-on Experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts.
  • Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines
  • Actively participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews...
