Job Description

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee quality assurance activities across assigned processes. You will ensure timely QCAs incubation, monitor SLA targets, and report on quality performance with accuracy.

You will train and mentor QCAs on quality tools and concepts, collaborate with Operations and migrations teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while leading a small team to achieve excellence in customer-facing processes.
