Role Overview

The QA Lead is responsible for defining and driving the overall quality strategy to ensure high-quality product releases. This role leads the QA team, establishes testing processes, manages risks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain quality across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and estimations.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including functional, regression, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Conduct requirement analysis and ensure testability during sprint planning.
• Manage defect lifecycle, lead triage meetings, and perform root cause analysis.
• Identify quality risks and provide mitigation plans.
