Quality Assurance Lab Technician – Food Industry

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional for our Production and Packing site in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role focuses on maintaining the Quality Control Management System to ensure a high-quality product.

You will perform daily QC checks on raw materials, in-process and finished products, test equipment, and uphold ISO 17025 requirements, GLP, GMP and HACCP standards. Two years in QA/QC in the food sector and familiarity with LIMS are preferred.
