Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Overview: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with 2-7 years of experience in software testing, preferably in IT Service Management (ITSM) and networking-related products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manual testing concepts, defect tracking, test case execution, and basic automation fundamentals. Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting is a plus.

Role & Responsibility:

- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on product requirements.

- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing for ITSM-related products.

- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects in the issue tracking system.

- Work closely with development and product teams to understand technical requirements and business use cases.
