Responsibilities

:
  • Test software releases during product development.
  • Report test results and enter problems and issues into the bug database. Monitor and update bug reports as needed, including bug report closure.
  • Configure hardware and software environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
  • Assist and mentor Associate Test Engineers, answering their questions and issues.
  • Provide technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized environments.
  • Write or assist in the development of test plans and test procedures.
  • Completes test-related tasks as assigned by the Test Lead.
  • Manage the defect database under the guidance of the Test Lead.
  • Assists in review of test processes as they are developed.
  • Mobile testing experience will be an added advantage.
