Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior project managers in developing project timelines and milestones.
• Support QA activities by reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet defined requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication among development, QA teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain project and QA-related documentation, including plans, reports, test cases, and meeting minutes.
• Identify and address potential project and quality risks; assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Track issues, bugs, and action items, and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
• Support client interactions and promptly address inquiries and concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining ERP-related project data and CRM-related information.
• Assist in resource allocation, workload management, and team performance monitoring.
