Requirements
- Degree in related discipline with 3-5 years in handling customer complaints and customer voice
- Good Communication skills and able to follow up and organize projects follow up
- Preferable experience and Knowledges in Semiconductor FOL & EOL and Test background.
- Semiconductor NDFA, DFA and Reliability knowledges
Job Responsibilities
- Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
- Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
- Drive operation group with following KPI through weekly meeting (KPI consists of CAR, Preaudit, MRB)
