- Customer & Supplier liaison dealing with Quality requirements
- Seamless interfacing within the organization & departments
- Preparing documents, presentations, studies, analysis reports, quality related documentation, technical support, problem resolution reports and work instructions
- Proficient knowledge of APQP process
- Creating CMM programs to qualify part conformance
- Performing correct use of measuring devices & systems
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing activities required for Quality activities
- Applies knowledge and experience of quality principles such as TQM, PDCA, FTQ, statistical data and trending analysis
- Traveling to customer and supplier sites
- Conducting supplier audits in accordance with IATF / VDA / CQI
- Supplier development and on-site support
- Other duties as assigned
