  • Customer & Supplier liaison dealing with Quality requirements
  • Seamless interfacing within the organization & departments
  • Preparing documents, presentations, studies, analysis reports, quality related documentation, technical support, problem resolution reports and work instructions
  • Proficient knowledge of APQP process
  • Creating CMM programs to qualify part conformance
  • Performing correct use of measuring devices & systems
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing activities required for Quality activities
  • Applies knowledge and experience of quality principles such as TQM, PDCA, FTQ, statistical data and trending analysis
  • Traveling to customer and supplier sites
  • Conducting supplier audits in accordance with IATF / VDA / CQI
  • Supplier development and on-site support
  • Other duties as assigned
