Quality Assurance Engineer

• Ensure compliance of product specification and standards.
• Ensure inspection activities and product quality plan effectively executed.
• Respond on time for all Customer complaint.
• To drive continuous improvement for outgoing product quality

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Ensure that processes and products are verified for conformance to customer requirements and Acceptance Test Plan from IPQC, final check until packing.
• Follow up safety test on machine to ensure compliance to IEC or ISO safety standard.
• Liaise with Project Management team, designer, production and sub-contractors for quality improvements.
• Executing reliability testing activities, for example Burn In test, MTBA, Fault Injection test, Safety test like Temperature Test, Drop Test, Humidity test, Thermal shock and Life test where applicable.
