Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in related manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of quality engineering principles (e.g., FMEA, SPC, CAPA, MSA).
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure product and process consistency throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct process audits, analyze findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality issues to optimize processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for product and process non-conformances.
