Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer with at least 2 years of working experience to join our dynamic team and play a key role within Agile teams, leading transformation and BAU (Business As Usual) activities within the Cloud Contact Centre Technology area.

Location: Full remote – Only in Spain

Language: English & Spanish are a must.

Main Job Requirements

  • QA functions within technology teams, focused on compliance with established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Working with QA management systems and tools.
  • Participation in the use of QA management systems and tools.
  • Working in Agile teams alongside developers, engineers, and technical leaders.
