Quality Assurance – Data Collection

Reports to: Team Leader - Data Collection

We're hiring a Quality Assurance - Data Collection to lead and support our Data Collector team, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of collected data meets client requirements. You'll be the day-to-day quality owner: coaching the team, answering questions, resolving interpretation differences, and keeping delivery on track against agreed SLAs.

No prior domain knowledge of the data being collected is required - successful candidates are strong leaders with a sharp eye for detail and a practical approach to quality and process.

What you'll be doing

Data collection understanding

• Maintain a standard of understanding of how to collect data that aligns with client expectations
• Ensure all Data Collectors are trained to and maintain the client-defined standard
• Settle disagreements between Data Collectors and make final decisions where interpretation differs
