Key Responsibilities

* Support Quality Management System activities at the Solothurn site

* Manage and maintain key QMS processes such as:

o Change Control Management

o CAPA Management

o Deviations

* Contribute to site governance initiatives

* Collaborate with global colleagues (especially US teams) and local stakeholders

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose practical solutions

* Work independently while engaging proactively with cross-functional teams
