Technology Development is the development, coding and programming of applications for systems for the business to process transactions. Includes business analysis to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, as well as quality assurance, testing and monitoring.

Designs, implements and supports compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards. Also performs evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
