Work Schedule: Full-time, Onsite – Night Shift
Salary: ₱22,000 + ₱3,000 Non-Taxable Allowance + ₱1,500 Attendance Bonus
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Dumaguete team. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality performance of our BPO operations, particularly in sales accounts, by monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback to agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing QA procedures and guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the team.
