About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst I to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end test plans, managing all activities during the testing cycle, and ensuring that solutions meet quality standards. You will work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and test cases based on requirements, including exploratory tests.
• Create user stories from requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests.
• Identify and escalate bugs to senior engineers and developers.
• Participate in Scrum processes and project meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct application demos and maintain test documentation.
