Responsibilities

  • Use technical knowledge and management experience to coach, train and develop teams.
  • Maintain and routinely check products to ensure that they are packaged correctly with food safety and legislation.
  • Record information in order to demonstrate traceability.
  • Sampling and testing all raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.
  • Continuously review and audit documentation for all raw materials.
  • Implement HACCP procedures and controls, including checking, monitoring and implementing changes when required.
