Job Description

ROLE:

  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Quality control checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified safety and food quality standards;Quality control registration/documentation on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet specified safety and food quality standards;
  • Verification of compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Document Management System;
  • Verification and monitoring of suppliers of materials and/or products;
  • Preparation for food certifications - ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS foods, among others.


  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education in Food Industry/Chemistry, Quality, or Science, or Laboratory Techniques;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the food industry;
  • Training/Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS foods;
