Position: Quality Assistant

Department: FAHES

Location - Doha, Qatar
 

Job Objective
To update reports in MOI, explanation of online inspection reports, handle incoming telephone calls and respond to various enquiries in order to provide clarity and direction to customers, in order to ensure that the customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Minimum Experience:

• 1-3 years' experience in sales and/ or customer service

• Front office experience is desirable
