+ 8D-report preparation, root cause analyses, corrective actions definition, verification of corrective actions.
+ Key contact for the customer and leader of complaint handling process.
+ Preparation and update of quality documentation (Control Plan, QIP, Failure catalogue, control cards, etc.).
+ Maintain and develop the Quality Management according to IATF 16949 in his/her area of intervention.
