  • Monitoring and resolving quality issues of Raw Material Inspection (Lab Function)
  • Control the quality for incoming parts from suppliers.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Quality Control activities on daily basis to reduce internal PPM.
  • Daily rejection analysis & improvements
  • Implement IATF Requirements in Quality process.
  • Support to engineering team for new product Development throughout the APQP Process
  • Support engineering & production for internal product/process improvements.
  • Handling customer complaints, warranty issues, responsible for corrective Action.
  • Control the quality inspections as per Quality procedure to ensuring supply of Quality product to customer.
  • Monitoring Quality Indicator Data ie. COPQ, Internal – External PPM etc
  • Continues improvement in Quality processes to meet quality objectives/KPIs.
