Hiring: Quality Analyst – Order Management
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shifts

Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality Analyst with experience in End-to-End Order Management, including Order Booking & Order Creation, to drive quality excellence and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Quality Control as per SQP
Ensure accurate, zero-error quality reporting with strong RCA insights
Participate in internal & external calibrations and PKTs
Conduct SOP audits, identify gaps, and ensure timely closure
Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect delivery
Learning & Development
Mandatory process & quality trainings & certifications
Exposure to Order Management (Order Booking & Creation)
