Quality Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst position monitors and reviews research content published by analysts, such as opportunities, contracts, and other information of value to our clients, to evaluate compliance with research quality standards and performance. Based on the monitoring, the Quality Assurance Analyst tracks and reports on performance and quality metrics of analysts’ work product as well as the database content. The Quality Assurance Analyst provides recommendations concerning content deficiencies and process improvements based on their findings. The successful applicant must have superior writing and communication abilities and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in government procurement or market research. Advanced Degree preferred, but not required
