Job Description
Main Activities:
Establish and monitor quality standards: Define metrics and criteria to evaluate quality, ensuring that services and processes comply with the standards established by ISO 17025 and GLP; Manage documents: Organize and maintain quality-related documentation, such as manuals, procedures, and work instructions. Conduct/organize/monitor internal (ISO 17025) and external (CGCRE/INMETRO) audits. Identify and resolve non-conformities: Detect deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance. Propose improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, products, and services, suggesting new technologies, methods, or processes to increase efficiency and quality. Evaluate suppliers: Analyze supplier performance in relation to established quality standards, ensuring that the materials and services received meet the requirements.
