Job Description

Purpose:

Maintaining the overall quality and effectiveness of the organization's business processes in accordance to the ISO 9001:2015 Mission:

Developing and implementing Quality Assurance (QA) plans and procedures.

Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the end-to-end business processes.

Conducting audits and evaluations of the system and processes.

Collaborating with Business Units and Lexmark Leaderships to improve the system's effectiveness.

Monitoring and reporting on overall system performance and compliance.
