Reporting to the Manager of Quality, this role involves extensive responsibilities in maintaining TCT’s ISO9001 QMS. The Quality Advisor will provide guidance, training, and strategic recommendations to ensure high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate TCT’s ISO9001 Quality Management System strategy
• Provide training and ongoing support for QMS to staff
• Lead internal and external quality audits effectively
• Analyze customer feedback to drive corrective actions
• Manage and support the annual Quality Plan initiatives
