Job Summary

The Qualified Motor Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Requires strong technical expertise, fault-finding ability, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle services and maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Repair and replace faulty components
• Conduct engine, gearbox, suspension repairs
• Complete job cards accurately
• Maintain high standards of workmanship
• Assist apprentices and junior mechanics
• Stay updated with modern vehicle technology

Minimum Requirements:

Qualified Motor Mechanic with valid Red Seal Trade Test certificate, 3-5 years post-trade experience, strong diagnostic skills, valid drivers license.
