Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - HMP Full Sutton

We're seeking a qualified and accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our integrated primary care mental health team at HMP Full Sutton. As a PWP, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, low-intensity cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression, aligning with Step 2 IAPT guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centred assessments, manage referrals, and support individuals in their self-management and recovery journeys.
• Deliver guided self-help in both 1:1 and group settings, drawing from CBT principles.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams, attending meetings, and contributing to step‑up and step‑down arrangements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain high standards in clinical record‑keeping and confidentiality....
