Qualified HLTA — Lead Interventions in SEND Primary

Aspire People in Kettering is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support children with high SEND needs in a primary school. This role involves leading lessons, collaborating with teachers, and fostering an inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid HLTA qualification and have experience in managing challenging behaviour. This is a full-time, term-time only position working 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, offering opportunities for professional development.
